Open Positions:

Client Success Manager (EEA)

Responsibilities:

  •     Successfully manage a portfolio of existing institutional accounts, driving toward collecting complete booklists and strong student utilization of the online bookstore.
  •     Serve as the primary point of contact for adoptions, supply chain issues, faculty concerns and training, as well as an escalation point when necessary.
  •     Onboard and launch new accounts, coordinating closely with internal and institutional teams to ensure adherence to launch timeline.
  •     Oversee the course material adoption collection process for all accounts, ensuring deadlines are met.
  •     Conduct faculty and administrative trainings on the Adoption and Analytics Portal.
  •     Coordinate closely with internal inventory team to review booklists and communicate any sourcing updates or issues back to clients for timely resolutions.
  •     Monitor and report on client performance. Identify areas of weakness and create action plans for improvement.
  •     Cultivate and maintain relationships with day-to-day contacts at each individual account.
  •     Develop deep familiarity with internal Akademos systems and the Adoption and Analytics Portal. Train new users and troubleshoot common errors with adoption submissions.
  • Persevere under pressure, deliver open and honest communication, and are a compassionate human being

Client Success Manager (Student Choice)

Responsibilities:

  • Adept in knowledge of the Inclusive Access program and will provide detailed attention to each account with the program: tracking adoptions, working with publishing representatives to provide information they might need, and working with campus contacts to ensure material delivery/billing dates are coordinated and students/faculty have the information they need.  
  • Conduct faculty and administrative trainings on the Adoption and Analytics Portal.
